Collectors love the beautiful red and blue of this sail form vase. It is an incredible piece of cane and battuto glass sculpture by the wonderful artist Afro Celotto. For us, the abstract and shiny aspect of this work is also thoroughly delightful.
There is a definite front and back, with a clear axis through the piece, that includes multiple incalmos, cane, murrini, reticello, avventurine and delicate cold working – all in the same beautiful art glass sculpture.
